The SKYWRITERS shine brighter than the fireworks.

ABOVE the skyline of Liverpool on the NIGHT of 5th November.

Smell the burn, FEEL the heat, as we come together in the streets,

to admire the BONFIRE which are memories we keep.

Each new day is a blessing,

With every new day comes hope,

With hope comes a chance to start as you mean to go on,

A brand new start requires strength, courage and grace.

The grace to forgive the past,

The courage to grow in the present,

And the strength to heal for the future.

Each new day is a challenge,

With every new challenge comes fear,

With fear comes a chance to overcome the obstacles before you,

To overcome requires strength, courage and grace.

The grace to forgive weaknesses,

The courage to grow from where you are,

The strength to push forward for tomorrow.

Today challenge yourself to make yesterday proud,

To make today accomplished,

And to achieve something that tomorrow will thank you for.

I don’t think this is a phase,

my belief in magic,

looking for something beyond the cracks in the staccato pavement,

the grooves in the wayward streets.

These visions,

these feelings,

these violent delights,

will save us in the end.

I know it.

Know it too.

My deepest and saddest memory is whilst sitting lonely by the sea
Not even a rain cloud to be seen in the sky, as to my dad I had just said goodbye
The yellow of the sun and the sand
Far from my home buried in his West African land
But I remember the love in my obituary note
As I spoke out the words with a lump in my throat
He was my wisdom, my strength and my dad
And for all that he gave me i am forever glad

Dear Rhea,

This year has been a magical rollercoaster. It has been strange one because you usually like rides but this magical ride was filled with unusual twists and turns and a famous disappearing act to blow the audiences mind. Leaving your job in the midst of a pandemic, after building and putting your heart into it took tremendous courage and self love. I am proud of you queen. You have really enjoyed growing, transforming and exploring who you really are. Change and different twists and turns in life are inevitable and this year taught you how to adapt to change. However, most importantly how to embrace the beauty of discovering a new way. I know it is important for you to understand your way, your purpose and your path, but sometimes you have to let go , listen to the voice inside and be patient; as all long journey’s require a break. This is a time for reflection, building and releasing things that are no longer needed. You have become more self aware and its exciting watching you discover your creative flow and childlike energy. The goals you made at the beginning of the year where ambitious, of which some you achieved and some you haven’t, you discovered that for you its about how you enjoy the journey each step of the way. It is interesting to spectate and reveal how transformational change really is . Where will you be this time next year? The power is in your hands  and now you now see, so I know you will share, explore, create and then we will see the fruits of your tree.

The new dawn gave me hope,
For it meant I would be living for myself,
It was time for my own adventure,
And I would grow, if nothing else

Dear Great, Great Auntie Kath,

It’s Sharon, who is your great niece’s Violet to your youngest. It is now the year 2022 and the country and environment are in quite a bad state.

I am 53 years old and I feel more tired than I used to when I was younger. I have led quite an eventful and independent life. I hope you would like me as most people I meet like me.

I enjoyed hearing the stories my mum used to tell me about you living in Plymouth to a grand old age and enjoying a Guinness a day.

I hope you are happy in heaven and I want to tell you how much I admire you having such a long and hopefully good life in Plymouth.
